Siriusxm’s Megyn Kelly told her show Thursday that Democrats are trying to “bang” the Trump administration in the court system and ignore the will of voters.
Since Trump took office on January 20th and signed an estimated 60 executive orders, Democrats have filed at least 49 cases in opposition to the president and his administration’s plans. “I’m frustrated by the laws that are unleashed against Trump’s agenda every turn. Now, this administration must slam the mall in court, rather than enacting the will of the people. “That’s another lawsuit to stop Trump from clearly having the power he needs to do every day,” Kelly said.
“The thing that I’ve been studying this bullshit all morning is Trump’s win. He’s beaten these cases, right? But think about his lawyer, his federal distraction. They’re trying to stop little by little,” Kelly added. “What Elon is doing now is trying to get information.”
With the administration’s victory, US District Judge George O’Toole Jr. has cleared a temporary freeze on Trump’s plan to provide payments to millions of federal employees. In his application, the judge said the union lacked legal status to file a lawsuit.

Democrats like Oregon Rep. Maxine Dexter have been seen protesting with the U.S. government employee league in Washington, D.C., with supporters screaming that Trump should be “fucked.”
