- Alabama Symphony Orchestra: A Celebration of Black HistoryFebruary 2nd, noon Alice Stevens Center at UAB In Birmingham.
- Africatown Heritage Housebusiness hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 2465 Winbush St., Mobile.
- Southern Aviation Museum It features an exhibit of the Tuskegee Airmen. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., 4343 73rd St. North in Birmingham.
- legacy site Montgomery includes: Legacy Museum and National Peace and Justice Memorial.of Liberty Monument Sculpture Park It will open immediately. Please check each museum for opening hours.
- Driving tour of civil rights landmarks in Huntsville. To book a tour, call 256-658-6900.
- Anniston Annual Heritage FestivalFeb. 17, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Longleaf Event Center.
