It’s day 17 of the CATCH 22 program of Yavapai Silent Witness. Today, Yavapai County Law Enforcement is seeking help in the search for fugitive John Ryan Panettiere.
Over the course of a week starting May 10, 2013, Panettire had sex with a 13-year-old female victim several times. Panettiere was aware during the incident that the victim was a boy.
He is a Level 2 sex offender convicted by the Arizona Department of Corrections and sentenced to five years in prison. He was placed on probation for his violation. Panettire now has an arrest warrant.
He is a 29 year old Caucasian male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds, has red hair and blue eyes. He has multiple tattoos. His last address was at his 7600 block on Paseo Hermosa, East of Prescott Valley.
A reward of up to $1,000 could be awarded to anyone who provides information leading to Panettile’s arrest.
