We want you to know that Cactus Asphalt will be working with Yavapai County to perform chip seal and fog seal work on various roads in Chino Valley, Diamond Valley, Government Canyon, Holiday Hills, Links Mountain View Estates, Ponderosa Park and Prescott Country Club.

The work will include installing 3/8-inch chip seal, fog seal and striping in each area.

Chip seal is a fast moving construction method so public impacts should be minimal. Construction will begin July 15, 2024 and continue through September 12, 2024. One lane will remain open at all times, but lane restrictions, speed restrictions and flagging may occur throughout the work zone.

Drivers should expect some delays and allow extra time to get through the construction site. Obey all traffic control devices when passing through the construction site.
