Commitments fulfilled: The first 200 days of President Trump

Reflecting on President Trump’s 200 Days in Office

It’s been 200 days since President Trump made his way back to the White House, and the changes we’re observing have been quite remarkable. Despite the media’s attempts to cast his administration in a negative light, many Americans are seeing the tangible results of his policies.

Last week, I had the chance to connect with folks in Enterprise and Geneva during city hall meetings. The feedback was unanimous. People in South Alabama are looking for strong, America-first leadership under President Trump.

Now, let’s dive into some of the commitments he’s fulfilled.

First off, the big beautiful invoice that President Trump championed has already begun to transform lives. Notably, there are no taxes on overtime or Social Security. The tax cuts from 2017 have not only been extended but continue to benefit families. This is a glimpse into how a businessman leads a country—his primary goal seems to be the success of American families.

Additionally, our southern borders are becoming safer again. Last month, there were 4,399 apprehensions, which is one of the lowest numbers in recent history. In contrast, over 13,000 missing immigrant children were reported and rescued after being neglected during the previous administration. Trump’s leadership is evidently crucial, if not lifesaving.

Moreover, President Trump is also taking steps to unleash American energy by opening up 13 million acres in Alaska for mining and drilling, effectively pushing back against Biden’s “Green New Deal.” Through this major legislation, numerous handouts that benefited special interest groups have been rolled back.

On another note, Trump is actively working to protect children by putting an end to chemical and surgical procedures on minors. Major hospitals like Stanford and Yale have ceased what’s referred to as “gender-affirming care” for kids.

Additionally, Trump has cut regulations significantly, maintained a record of market growth, and ensured that men aren’t part of women’s sports. The victories just keep coming.

President Trump has also made it clear that he’s committed to uncovering the deep state. Collaborating with the director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, they’ve declassified information revealing how President Obama allegedly weaponized the intelligence community to promote the Russian hoax narrative. Many Americans have been awaiting this revelation about a government they feel has been misused. I’m eager to collaborate with him and the Jordanian president on forthcoming initiatives in the House Judiciary Committee.

In summary, President Trump is making significant strides in the first 200 days of his term. He’s keeping promises and delivering results.
