Our office remains committed to supporting county records and voter registration needs. We are focused on the many bills proposed during this session and are committed to enforcing all the laws passed. As of this writing, there are still many moving parts that we are keeping an eye on to best serve Mojave County residents.
Our Records Department aims to assist all residents in recording property-related documents. This can result from deeds, liens, mortgages, and court documents. Residents can view recorded documents and request copies through an online self-service portal. Go to the following website: https://eaglers.mohave.gov/web/. Once the deed or other transferable document is recorded, it may take up to 8-10 weeks for ownership to be renewed. This enables her staff in the Office of Recorders and Evaluators to accurately index, scan and process documents before returning them to customers. Staff can be contacted at (928) 753-0701 or emailed to recorderhelp@mohave.gov.
The office of the Recorder in Lake Havasu is located at 2001 College Dr., Suite 93. The phone number is 928-453-0702, extension 10. 3021. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Our voter registration department works to keep voter registration files up to date. While there are no elections scheduled in Mojave County this year, there are things you can do to make sure your voter registration records are up to date before the 2024 election cycle. This will ensure that you get the most accurate information when voting. Voters can check their registration status by visiting the Voter Information Portal at: https://My.Arizona.Vote Or call the Voter Registration Division at 928-753-0767.
If you have an old or expired address on file, you will need to re-register to vote. Your residential address will be used to place you in the correct district. Each voter is assigned a precinct part based on where they reside within the county.
This area includes all districts eligible to vote, including but not limited to schools, fire, colleges, hospitals, water, county and city districts. It’s important to keep your address up to date in your voter records so that you can always vote in your eligible precincts. Attempting to vote on Election Day at your old address will require you to vote on a provisional ballot, so it’s always best to update your information before the election.
If you need to make changes to your voter registration record or would like to become a registered voter in Mojave County, you may choose to register to vote online by: www.servicearizona.com, pick up a paper form at our office or mail the form to our headquarters by phone or email. The voter registration form allows you to update information in your records such as your name, address, political affiliation, and signature for ballot verification.
Again, it is an honor and privilege to serve as the Mojave County Recorder.
