Black’s victimized more than 300 people in Brevard, Osceola, and Orange counties while continuing to profit from defrauding customers.

Ultimately, Charles and Christine Black were charged with five counts of scheme to defraud more than $50,000, scheme to defraud between $20,000 and $50,000, and unlawful submission of a false document or record as opposed to genuine.
