Daily Caller Reporter Blocked By Bud Light After Video Release

Bud Wright blocked Daily Caller reporter Joel Gibbons from Twitter after posting a short interview clip asking if he collected samples and had a beer.

“Man vs. Street” host Gibbons walks the streets to get the perspective of the American public and reports on his findings. When asked if he would drink Bud Light, he said that the overwhelming majority opposed beer and refused to buy or consume it.

After presenting the fact as an example of shameless censorship, Bud Light abruptly blocked Gibbons’ Twitter account.

“No no no no!”

“Oh no!”

“I’m not dating a Bud Light drinker, that’s for sure,” was part of the answer Gibbons received when asking people if they drink beer.

Other reactions to his video included “I’d rather be punched in the face!” “I don’t put it in my body, I don’t put it in my truck, I don’t want to give it to my dogs. It’s worse than water.”

Others said, “That’s cat piss diluted with water!”

“It tastes like pee. It tastes like shit!” said one woman.

Their opinion was clearly not accepted by the brand.

“I was blocked on Twitter by Bud Light after I posted a short clip from one of our videos in a thread I posted,” Gibbons told the Daily Caller. (Related: This is funny! PETA urges Kid Rock to help remove Budweiser)

Bud Light faced backlash for using a transgender woman, Mulvaney, to promote during March Madness. Conservatives and anti-trans people rallied against the brand, along with celebrities such as Kid Rock, who helped instigate the boycott.
