Drake posted a video to his Instagram Story on Tuesday showing severe flooding at his Toronto mansion after a sudden local storm caused a horrific accident.
The famous rapper's mansion in the affluent area of Bridle Path looked like it had a river running through it, as seen in the video, with murky brown rainwater pouring in through the doorway and quickly filling the palatial home.
One of Drake's staff members can be seen closing the door against the force of the water in an attempt to protect the contents of the room, but the mission is unsuccessful as the water continues to flow. Drake, holding a broom, walks barefoot through the thick brown water that has flooded the house.
The famous rapper shared the short video in the middle of the storm, adding a humorous comment to lighten the tension in the situation.
“This must be an espresso martini,” he wrote in the caption.
Unfortunately for the rapper, it was a severe rainstorm that flooded his property, soaking his luxury furniture and belongings.
