Reuters reported on Monday that a video was released showing a man being pulled out of a car during raging floods in China.
A man was rescued by firefighters after he clung to a wrecked car that had been flooded by Typhoon Doksuri, according to reports. Video shared by Reuters From China Central Television (CCTV). The incident reportedly took place in Wu’an, Hebei province.

Dokusuri, one of the worst storms China has experienced in years, swept across the country, reportedly causing heavy rains and widespread flooding in Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin, eastern Shanxi and southern Fujian provinces.
