A blood-covered emergency room doctor told reporters he tried to save the life of a man who was shot at a Trump rally in Butler County, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.
Medics heard screams of “shot, shot” and rushed to help the victim who appeared to have been shot.
“The guy had spun around, he was pinned between the benches, he'd been shot in the head, there was a lot of blood, part of his brain was there,” a doctor told a CBS News reporter. The doctor told reporters he performed chest compressions and CPR on the victim.(Related: Shots fired at Trump rally, ex-president evacuates from stage)

After what sounded like gunshots rang out, former President Trump was escorted from the rally, blood coming from his ears but otherwise appearing OK, and shaking his fist as he was carried to safety.
The shooting killed the gunman and another person. according to The Associated Press.
The Butler County District Attorney's Office and the Sheriff's Office did not immediately respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation's requests for comment.
