Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams recently began bidding for the mayor on Thursday, returning to his challenger, Councilman Zoran Mamdani.
Mamdani moved forward in the New York City democratic mayoral primary, urging analysts to tell him that his rise could leave even more with future races. When he appeared in “Kudrow,” Adams pointed to what he called Mamdani’s lack of legislative success during his tenure at Albany.

Mamdani has served in the New York State Legislature since January 1, 2021, and represents Queens’ District 36. He faces criticism of the legislative record.
