EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans Call Out Cassidy Hutchinson’s J6 Testimony, Threaten Subpoena If She Does Not Produce Documents

Republicans on the House Government Oversight Subcommittee on Friday sent a letter to Cassidy Hutchinson, the committee's key witness on January 6th, requesting that all records and materials in their possession related to the January 6th events be preserved. and requested that it be submitted.

The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter, which was spearheaded by Georgia State President Barry Loudermilk. Mr. Loudermilk provided Mr. Hutchinson with all documents, communications, and documents relating to or potentially related to her various testimony on January 6th and on the special committee investigating the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. Before sending the letter, Loudermilk told the caller that his actions were “very disturbing” and that he would issue a subpoena if they did not provide the unredacted documents.
