That claim is false. According to University of Virginia Miller CenterPresident Bush was not in New York on the day of the attack. Rather, he attended elementary school in Florida before being evacuated to Louisiana and then to a secure bunker in Nebraska. The original photo's photographer, Eric Draper, made the photo his own. Website with the explanation read“On September 14, 2001, President George W.
