Social media users have shared images of Xi Jinping grimacing and claiming to have suffered a stroke.

“BREAKING: Chinese President Xi Jinping has suffered a stroke during the 3rd Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China. Chinese human rights reporter Jennifer Chang claims the 'brain' stroke was 'serious' and that Xi Jinping is now in 'critical condition,'” one user wrote.
