The claim is false. We confirmed the fact that we conducted an inverse image search and found a mug shot referenced in Article from June 2016 From the Daily Mail. According to the Daily Mail, Mugshot shows 19-year-old Anthony Zingale, a Wisconsin native who was arrested on suspicion of attempting to sexually assault the party.
