Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the country has received its first shipment of F-16 fighter jets after months of delays. The New York TimesA U.S. official told the media that the fighter jets have not yet been used against Russian forces because pilots in the region need to get used to smaller scale operations.
X's post appears to show a Patriot missile defense system operating in Ukraine firing a missile at an unknown target. “First video footage of a U.S. manufactured M901 Patriot launcher operating in Ukraine firing a PAC-2 missile,” the post reads.
This video was not taken in Ukraine during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The footage was actually US Marine Corps WebsiteShowing the same Patriot Defense System, dated November 5, 2022.
