The video seems to be from Switzerland. The person who originally uploaded the video used a hashtag with the Swiss flag. A user uploaded a video showing more perspectives of the fire. which one also has the same hashtag.

Misbar too Error exposed That claim. It also reported that the video shows the historic bathhouse where the fire broke out.
