Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents won the fight to establish documents related to the case, being forced to refuse to approve a warrant to a right-wing “domestic extremist group.”
Zach Schoffstall, a former manager of the FBI’s Salt Lake City Division, was kicked out of the FBI during the Biden administration for not chasing patriot front organizations, the Daily Caller previously reported.
It filed an appeal requesting the government to step up surveillance, a group representing whistleblowers, and to remove the warrant. 90 days later, the government finally acquiesced and released the document, Schoffstall said. The only information edited was the name of the supervising agent.

“My opinion is based on the fact that it is known to me that the FBI, DOJ and the US Lawyer’s office in Idaho tried to hide this search warrant from me as it is de facto evidence in favour of whistleblower complaints to Congress and administrative complaints against the government.
The warrant was requested to search for electronic devices for Patriot front members.
The affidavit in support of possible causes obtained by the caller created a tenuous link between protesters and riots in Charlottesville and Capitolville on January 6, 2021.
