Republican Sen. Jim Banks of Indiana and Tom Cotton of Arkansas will introduce a law Wednesday to stand up for parents fighting gender ideology on the left.
The “Guaranteed Anatomical Rights Undeniable for Dependants” (Security Guard) Act (Security Guard) Act would disqualify the state from some federal funds if it discriminates against a parent or guardian by recognizing the publicly declared gender identity of a child that is different from the biological gender.
