A group led by Obama administration alumni and supported by major liberal foundations is advocating for policy changes to ensure diversity in public schools.

The New Jersey lawsuit seeks to allow students from urban school districts to transfer to suburban schools, but the Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled that the plaintiffs in the state lawsuit believe that “racial disparity” is “improper,” according to the WSJ. The court ruled that students must prove that they are contributing to an “adequate education.”
