On Wednesday, a man wearing an Ashli ​​Babbitt T-shirt stole the show during a surveillance hearing after expressing his apparent disgust at the accusations made by an IRS whistleblower.

Whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler testified before the House Oversight Committee that the Justice Department pressured prosecutors not to indict Hunter Biden on heavy tax charges.

And while Shapley and Ziegler were expected to be the heroes, it was a random guy sitting behind Ziegler who took the cake. The man in the Babbitt T-shirt shook his head in complete disgust at Ziegler’s allegations.

Ziegler maintains that the charges weren’t what they should have been.

“The Criminal Tax Manual on the Department of Justice website states that the tax division of policy states that cases involving individuals who not only fail to file tax returns or pay taxes, but also commit tax evasion or obstruction should be charged with a felony to avoid treatment. It didn’t happen, but I don’t know why,” Ziegler testified.

Then the hero man could no longer hide his disgust and furrowed his brow before shaking his head.

Ziegler went on to detail allegations that Hunter deliberately committed heavy tax evasion and lied about deductions on his tax returns.
