Homicide in Yavapai County under investigation

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Arizona — A week after a man’s body was found in his Prescott Valley home, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is appealing to the public to help solve an apparent murder.

They are offering a $5,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in connection with the death of 58-year-old Grant Griffiths.

Griffith was found dead at his home in Spur Lane in the Coyote Springs neighborhood north of Prescott Valley on May 29, according to YCSO officials.

Investigators believe Griffith was murdered the night before and are “exploring all available means to solve this crime”, including enlisting public cooperation.
