How many evictions were filed in Maricopa County in June?

There have been 42,254 eviction lawsuits filed so far in 2024, the highest number since 2000.

MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. — More than 7,000 eviction cases were filed in Maricopa County during the month of May, making the number of eviction cases in the first half of the year the highest since 2000.
