Joe Biden Said to Be Receiving Radiation Treatment for Cancer

Joe Biden Undergoes Cancer Treatment

Former President Joe Biden is currently receiving radiation and hormone therapy as part of his treatment for prostate cancer, according to various reports.

At 82 years old, Biden is reportedly responding well to the therapy, which he began a few weeks ago in Philadelphia and lasted for five weeks, as noted by CBS News. His diagnosis came in May 2025, and earlier in September, he had surgery to remove skin cancer from his forehead.

A spokesperson confirmed to CBS News that “as part of his treatment plan for prostate cancer, President Biden is currently undergoing radiation and hormone therapy.”

In a show of support, former President Donald Trump expressed his hopes for Biden’s speedy recovery via a social media post, alongside First Lady Melania Trump.

On a different note, Trump himself had a comprehensive follow-up exam recently at Walter Reed National Military Center, which included preventive medical assessments ahead of his upcoming trip to Egypt.

Trump, who left office citing a rigorous daily routine, claims he is in “overall very good health.”

Biden has not responded immediately to requests for comments regarding his health status.
