Biden has faced multiple calls to withdraw from the Democratic nomination following his poor performance in the June 27 CNN debate with former President Donald Trump, during which he appeared to freeze up at times and made multiple gaffes.
The White House and many Democrats, including Harris, have denied that Biden is declining, and Harris has criticized special counsel Robert Hur for describing Biden as an “old man” with memory problems, CNN reported. report.
