House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said on Thursday that the Biden family “is being treated differently than anyone else” after the investigation ended after the cocaine was found in the White House.
The Secret Service has confirmed that large amounts of cocaine were found in the White House prior to July 4, prompting an evacuation and the dispatch of a hazmat team. The investigation closed Thursday without revealing the identity of the person responsible for leaving illegal drugs in the White House, despite a recent visit by Hunter Biden.
“This is probably the safest building in America. “As a member of Congress, I go through security even when I bring my own. They have cameras 24/7. It seems to me that there is.” (Related article: ‘It will only cause more problems’: McCarthy responds to letter from David Weiss on Hunter Biden probe)

“If they didn’t even tell us where the cocaine was in the first place, they gave us three different locations. This place, you know, is right by the situation room. Few people are able to visit, what if you can’t tell me what brought about that?” McCarthy asked. “What else is going on in the White House that they can’t tell us? What else is coming into the White House that they can’t tell me? Now that worries me even more. .”
“The discussions that we’re having in that building, that place, and the situation that’s being debated and actually being decided in that building, people are coming in with cocaine and putting it in the hole in the cubicle. so turn to the American people.” And you don’t know when the whole world will be safe? ‘ continued Mr McCarthy. “That’s something I’m very concerned about.”
McCarthy also referred to the actions taken by Secretary of State Anthony Brinken after the New York Post reported the contents of an abandoned laptop at a computer repair shop in Delaware.
“What did the Biden family do when Hunter Biden’s laptop was exposed? I called everyone in the community and got them to sign a letter telling the American people it was false, even though they personally knew it was false. said McCarthy.
