Allison Phillips, mother of the late Laken Riley, responded to Biden's gaffe of Riley's name during the State of the Union address in a Facebook comment.
Phillips was responding to comments prompted by Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who criticized Biden for calling him “Lincoln Riley” during the State of the Union address. “Biden doesn't even know my child's name – pathetic!” Phillips said under a post praising the House's passage of the Laken Riley Act. If you're going to say her name (even if you're forced to) at least say the correct name! ”

The gaffe came after President Biden confronted Greene as the House and Senate entered a joint session to deliver the State of the Union address. The video shows Greene telling Biden to “say her name,” referring to Riley. Riley, 22, was allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant after going for a jog in February.
