Zion William Teesley, who was charged with the murder of Lauren Haike, has a history of accepting a plea bargain with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
Teasley was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, at the 17200 Scottsdale Road apartment complex, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Teasley was arrested several times in 2020 for robbing a convenience store. He was charged with armed robbery and kidnapping. He was offered a plea bargain and served just a year and a half in prison.
His probation was revoked when he was arrested for murder.
