Photo Contributed: Wendy John retired Graham County Recorder after 24 years.

Dear Graham County Citizens,

In 1998, I was appointed as Graham County Registrar. Since then, I have enjoyed this journey for the past 24 years. I am grateful for the trust and support of registered voters by continuing to elect me as their record holder. You gave me a rare and special opportunity to get a job that I really enjoyed and loved.

We would like to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to all current and past staff and the Graham County Board of Supervisors for providing the necessary budget to run the department. Also, other elected officials, department heads, and county employees volunteered at key times in the election process and were always happy to assist our office. Through these joint efforts, many customers have indicated that Recorder’s Office is a model of superior customer service. As we look to the future, we believe the Registrar’s Office is in good hands and will continue to provide excellent service to our county.

Thank you for giving me the honor and privilege to serve as Graham County Registrar over the years.

Respectfully,

Wendy John
