Look Ahead America: Yuma County prosecutor ignores clear evidence of illegal voting

WASHINGTON, DC – Look Ahead America Executive Director Matt Brainerd issued the following statement:

Look Ahead America’s Election Health Study Finds Wisconsin’s Office of Elections, Yuma County Registrar’s Office, and Yuma County Sheriff’s Department All Have Offenses Involving Voters Who Voted in Two Different States in the 2020 General Election agreed to do so.

Despite the universal conclusion that a fifth degree felony was committed, the Yuma County Attorney’s Office maintains that there is still “insufficient evidence” to pursue the case. We encourage the people of Arizona to encourage county attorneys to review this evidence.

The most common form of voter fraud is caused by individuals voting ineligibly. This deprives legitimate voters of their rights. When prosecutors ignore election law violations, they send the message that voter fraud is acceptable and encourage it.

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release in May 2022, citing 16 public investigations into voter fraud, including double voting. The LAA found him one of his next 16. https://www.yumacountysheriff.org/pr-2022/PR-2022-30-Yuma-County-Voting-Fraud.pdf.

The Arizona report shows that the LAA notified the Yuma County Clerk in November 2021 before ERIC notified Yuma County. https://LookAheadAmerica.org/azreport/.
