Man arrested after touching girl in Yavapai County break-in
A registered sex offender was arrested early Wednesday morning.
Lloyd Alan Beard, 54, of Prescott is a Level 3 sex offender registered through Yavapai County.
A Yavapai County sheriff’s deputy responded to an ongoing burglary at a home near Little Ranch Road and State Route 89 in Paulden around 3 a.m., the department said.
The sheriff’s office said Beard broke into the home of a woman with a 12-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son and made his way to the bed where the woman was sleeping.
