Maricopa County Colleges host polling locations, ballot dropoffs at several facilities

Anyone looking for a place to vote can go to the Maricopa County College polling place.

The university system offers in-person and ballot return locations at several of its locations.

“MCCCD is proud to support the electoral process by opening our colleges to voters in Maricopa County,” said Diana Villanueva Saucedo, vice chancellor of MCCCD’s Center for Inclusive Democracy in a press release. “This effort is part of MCCCD’s mission,” it said in a release. It is to engage in the community and promote civic engagement of students and community members. ”

In-person voting and ballot returns will be open until Nov. 5 at some locations, with specific closures on Sunday, Nov. 3. Here is the list of locations:

In-person ballot returns are also available, but all of the following will close on November 3rd.

  • Chandler Gilbert Community College, 2626 E. Pecos Road, Chandler
  • Glendale Community College Main, 6000 W. Olive Ave., Glendale
  • Mesa Community College, 1833 W. Southern Ave., Mesa
  • Mesa Community College Red Mountain Campus, 7110 E. McKellips Road, Mesa
  • Paradise Valley Community College, 18401 N. 32nd St., Phoenix
  • Scottsdale Community College, 9000 E. Chaparral Road, Scottsdale.
  • South Mountain Community College, 7050 S. 24th St., Phoenix

Glendale Community College North, 5727 W. Happy Valley Road in Glendale, will be closed Nov. 2 and Nov. 3.

Estrella Mountain Community College, located at 3000 N. Dysart Road in Avondale, will have a drop-off area and will open in-person voting from Nov. 4 to Nov. 5.

Rio Salado College in Tempe (2323 W. 14th St.) has a drop box location that will be open until Nov. 5, but will be closed Nov. 2 and Nov. 3.
