Maricopa County foster parent indicted for multiple felony offenses

The suspect was charged with several felony counts following an investigation conducted by Peoria Police.

PEORIA, Arizona – Valley foster parents are charged with multiple crimes committed against a child.

The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said 63-year-old Luis Gonzalez was charged with several felony counts following an investigation conducted by Peoria Police.

One of the victims told investigators they had been abused by Gonzalez a few years ago while living in foster care. Two other victims reported similar allegations, McAo said.

The defendant is charged with sexual conduct with public sexual indecency by a minor for child abuse and aggravated assault. Gonzalez was issued a $150,000 safe exterior bond.
