Maricopa County Home & Garden Show returns to Arizona State Fairgrounds Jan. 10-12

The event promises more than 450,000 square feet of home improvement exhibits, workshops, and activities, all for just $5 admission.

The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show, the largest and longest-running event of its kind in the Southwest, returns to the Arizona State Fairgrounds from Friday, January 10th through Sunday, January 12th. This event promises to be over 450,000 square feet of home improvement exhibits, workshops, and activities, all for just $5 admission.

“This premier home show is a celebration of community and creativity,” said show manager Katie Jones. “With new attractions like the Electric Vehicle Showcase and the return of popular attractions like Tiny Home, Taste of the Desert and Kids Corner, there’s sure to be something for everyone.”

Visitors can explore a variety of attractions with free admission.

  • gardening workshop: Learn techniques for planting and caring for medicinal herbs, arranging bouquets, creating custom soil blends, and more.
  • small house: Tour a collection of innovative tiny homes, including 3D printed models and renovated modern homes made from donated materials.
  • taste of desert: Enjoy gourmet experiences, complimentary food and drink samples, and live music in 18,000 square feet of space.
  • handmade headquarters: Attend a free craft workshop to create custom magnets, necklaces, coasters, and more.
  • educational seminar: Topics include electric vehicle basics, tree care, and home remodeling tips.
  • Kids corner: Family-friendly craft workshops, magic lessons, and interactive plant projects for kids ages 4-12.

  • General admission: $5 per day for adults, $2 for children ages 0-12.
  • Parking: $12 per car with free shuttle service.

    • Senior Morning: Fridays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., $2 admission for guests 60 and older.
    • Free admission: Friday and Sunday from 3pm to 5pm.
    • A Tribute to Teachers and Military: $2 admission for all three days with valid ID.
