Maricopa County residents can now report non-urgent county road problems through a new app.

The app uses GPS technology to pinpoint problem locations and alert staff to problems when users submit requests.

“Notify MCDOT is a great new resource for Maricopa County residents,” said Bill Gates, Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. “We can provide residents with an easy-to-use and convenient way to report road problems in Maricopa County. This new application supports the vision of smart government adopted by the Board of Supervisors.”

By subscribing to this service, residents will be able to effectively share their concerns about county roads without having to make a phone call. The service simplifies the process of submitting photos, describing issues, and adding locations.

Notify MCDOT also allows residents to track the status of reported issues. This will be reported by you or other users nearby. Users can also remain anonymous if desired.
