Starting October 1st, the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department is bringing back the popular Buy One Get One Camp promotion. This allows park visitors who pay camping fees at participating Desert Mountain County parks to receive free nights of equal or lesser value. during that same stay.

This promotion will run for almost 6 weeks and is valid for stays from Saturday 1st October to Thursday 10th November.
Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Director RJ Cardin said:
“As evening temperatures start to drop, everyone wants to get back outdoors and enjoy time with family and friends. The Buy One, Get One promotion encourages visitors to extend their stay by an extra night and spend time with their loved ones. We can continue to enjoy quality time.”
Participating parks are:
• Cave Creek Regional Park. Located north of Phoenix, this park gives the illusion of being miles away from civilization. The campground has 55 individually developed campsites.
• McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Located in the Lower Verde Valley, this park is a desert gem in the Northeast Valley. The park has 76 developed campgrounds suitable for RV and tent camping.
• Userry Mountain Regional Park. Located on the east side of the valley at the western edge of the Goldfields Range and adjacent to Tonto National Forest, the park has 74 independently developed campgrounds. Sites can accommodate RVs or tent camping.
• White Tank Mountain Regional Park. At approximately 30,000 acres, the park is the largest regional park in Maricopa County. Most of the park consists of the rugged and beautiful White Tank Mountains on the western side of the valley. The park has 40 separately developed campgrounds for tent or RV camping.
