Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office weekly update for Fountain Hills

The Fountain Hills-based Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation reports that deputies responded to the following calls from Thursday, March 13th to Wednesday, March 19th.

Thursday, March 13th

*A lawmaker has stopped the driver due to criminal speeds reportedly driving at a speed limit of 77 mph on Shea Boulevard, Arista Lane. The driver was issued a criminal quote.

*Rep. has responded to Shea Blvd’s 16,000 block. If two subjects are reported to purchase an item in business using counterfeit currency.

*Residents in the 14,000 block of Briarwood Drive reported that subjects stole tools from vehicles parked at the residence.

*The lawmaker received a report from a citizen that subjects were harassing the victim over the phone.

Friday, March 14th

*The lawmakers have stopped traffic on Shea Boulevard and Arista Lane. The driver was reportedly stopped due to criminal speeds, which reportedly traveled 75 mph with a speed limit of 50. The driver was issued a crime quote.

*Deputies responded to Burro Drive and Palomino Boulevard, reporting that the driver hit a parked vehicle and fled the area without exchanging information or calling the police. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was not towed.

*Rep. has responded to Shea Blvd’s 16,000 block. It was reported that subjects shoplifted items from the business. Subjects were contacted, criminal citations were issued, and subsequently trespassed from the business.

Saturday, March 15th

*Deputies responded to the 15,000 block of Ocotillo Drive and reported that a subject suffering from dementia had assaulted his family. Deputies reported that they were trying to prevent the victim from leaving the vehicle during an episode of dementia. Subjects were taken to hospital for treatment.

*Deputies responded to the 12,000 block of La Montana Drive due to a reported domestic violence and assault case. MCSO reports that the suspect has been arrested and booked to prison.

*Resident in the 12,000 block of Saguaro Blvd. Subjects reported that they damaged the victim’s vehicle by scratching the paint with a metal object.

Sunday, March 16th

*Rep. has responded to Shea Blvd’s 17,000 block. It was reported that two subjects fled the restaurant without paying their bills.

Wednesday, March 19th

*Residents in the 16,000 block of Trevino Drive reported that unknown subjects removed multiple packages from the residence entrance without permission.

*A lawmaker responded to a 10,000 block of Palve Court and reported that the driver had caused damage to the vehicle and struck a wall of private property.

*Delete has responded to the 9000 block of Summer Hill Blvd. An unknown subject was reported to have inadvertently stole property left in a hotel room after checking out.
