Maricopa County Upgrades to mdf commerce inc.’s Source-To-Contract Solution

MDF Commerce, Inc. announced that Maricopa County, Arizona has entered into a five-year agreement to use its source-to-contract solution. Maricopa County is upgrading its existing mdf commerce solution suite to full source-to-contract technology to help maximize the benefits of data and analytics while streamlining and simplifying procurement processes. This means investing in more modern technology.

During the five-year term of the contract, the county will continue to digitally transform its procurement processes by leveraging the solution for greater efficiency and transparency. Maricopa County will have access to a fully integrated, comprehensive source-to-contract solution based on her 20+ years of experience in the public sector, including source, connect and contract workstream capabilities. Adopted by approximately 6,500 public sector purchasing organizations, this complete procurement solution powers critical work in public procurement across North America and includes:

Connect: Vendor management improves insight and automation to connect vendors throughout the procurement process including qualifications, performance management and contract negotiations. Contracts: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) improves efficiency and transparency through collaborative authoring, performance monitoring, and overall CLM. PROCURE: Improve the entire procurement process from requisition to payment through purchase order, invoicing, payment, expense reporting, and integration with entity ERP.

SHOP: A marketplace that provides end-users with a convenient experience for ordering existing collaborative agreements using supplier-uploaded catalogs.
