The Salt River Indian Community is dedicated to promoting long-term economic resilience through innovative development and thoughtful ventures. We proudly own Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort, Game Landmarks in the Valley of the Sun, and many other successful hospitality companies such as Talking Stick Golf Club, Talking Stick Salt River Fields, and the Two Marriott Hotels. Since opening the Talking Stick Resort in 2010, it has transformed the area into a lively entertainment hub by adding attractions such as Spring Training Baseball, Top Golf, Aquariums and Medieval Era. These efforts have positioned our community as the best destination for all ages.
Over the past 20 years, we have prioritized improving the guest experience on the gaming floor and beyond through careful planning, efficiency and innovation. Our goal is to promote sustainable growth while maintaining the unique identity and cultural heritage of our community.
Next year, we aim to enhance and expand our gaming and entertainment offerings. Recent enhancements to both properties include the introduction of sports betting, craps and roulette, as well as a major reinvestment in slots, table games, poker and bingo.
We are equally committed to empowering nearly 3,200 team members through a new program focusing on both technical and soft skills development. With just 20 years growing from 500 to a team of 3,200 people, we understand the importance of nurturing tenured employees and fostering the next generation of leaders.
Additionally, the Talking Stick Golf Club has completed renovations, expanding real estate event and meeting spaces, and introducing new attractions such as Popstroke and Bam Kazam. It also established a dedicated tourism office to build B2B relationships, raise awareness of the unique amenities of the region, and ensure continued growth and visibility of the community.
