MATTHEW FARACI AND CHRIS McINTIRE: It’s Morning In America Again

It’s morning in America…again.

Just scroll through your X feed. college football player They are “doing the Trump dance.”

We are on the cusp of an American renaissance, and everyone can feel it.

The soliloquy and gnashing of teeth from the left after last Tuesday’s historic landslide victory for Trump is entertaining, but it’s also telling.

They have no idea what’s going on in this country and can’t do anything other than smear and denigrate the shocking number of black men, Hispanic voters, and suburban white women who support Trump. There is no reaction either.

Add in the upsurge of Gen Z, who openly supported Trump, and you begin to understand the panic among Democrats who feel they are on the edge of a demographic wasteland.

But this time their despair is not the result of the wrong candidate winning, but the realization that the results of the November 5 election could usher in a new era in our nation’s history.

But some on the left knew this backlash was coming.

Why else would Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign gradually adopt rhetoric that resembles an imitation of President Trump’s America First platform?

Suddenly, Harris declared herself an illegal immigrant. must reignclaimed to have a plan to copy Trump’s tax cuts and deal with runaway inflation. Her vice presidential nomination was also a copy of Trump’s vice presidential nomination, albeit an inauthentic imitation.

Democratic advisers willing to do some real self-reflection understood that they were dealing with more than just MAGA 2.0.

This wasn’t Trump in 2016. His success lay less in substantive policy and more in being a political statement to forgotten everyday Americans. It was a metaphorical middle finger from America’s heartland to the establishment elite in Washington, D.C.

In fact, Trump’s victory is not just a political victory or the return of MAGA, but the dawn of an American renaissance.

It is the idea that America can reclaim its destiny and the God-given mantle as a beacon of hope and freedom for the world.

Not only did some Democratic advisers understand this, but so did the American people who headed to the ballot box and pushed Trump back into the White House.

This American renaissance is why Elon Musk is joining forces with Trump to tell Americans it’s okay to dream of reaching the stars, taking big risks, and becoming a nation of explorers and adventurers again. .

That’s why Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is part of this movement: to help healthy, fit kids who know the joys of the outdoors, eat real food, and don’t face jail time. Because I know that I can go back to the days of. I will continue to take prescription drugs for the rest of my life.

That is embodied in Vice President-elect J.D. Vance, whose origins seem straight out of a Marvel movie, embracing Bitcoin and tackling AI themes while proudly displaying the orthodoxy of his Catholic faith.

America’s experiment with liberal progressivism has failed.

Beginning with President Barack Obama’s entry into the White House, progressivism will reach peak enthusiasm from 2020 to 2024, with Americans believing it will widen racial divisions, destroy American traditions, and brutally target political opponents. He breaks into the bathroom with a little girl who is beginning to realize that this is nothing more than an exercise in pushing men away, and encourages children to mutilate themselves against the will of their parents in the name of transgenderism.

For years, polite Americans have been walking on eggshells for fear of incurring the wrath of cancel culture, which promotes the latest left-wing angry tropes.

Now, as a people, Americans once again dream big, take pride in our heritage and what our country can accomplish, and yearn to know that our hard work will bring security and prosperity to our families. .

Achieving this American renaissance will not be easy.

The same Washington, D.C., swamp that harassed President Trump during his first term and limited its effectiveness is back. They may change faces and names, but they say they will overthrow Trump and reinstate a self-serving bureaucracy that censors creative thinking, destroys innovation, and crushes Americans’ aspirations for independence and self-sufficiency. I’m obsessed with plans.

But this time, Trump is not alone, surrounded by an unlikely group of great heroes and ordinary Americans who are answering the call to protect our nation’s history and assert its destiny.

To succeed in this grand endeavor, we must rely on providence and remain vigilant.

In other words Founding Father’s Wordswhat God has graciously given us is an American renaissance…if we can sustain it.
