Clifton — Greenlee County residents can get the most out of their property taxes, according to a new study by SmartAsset.
The study compares tax rates, school performance and home price growth.
Greenlee County has a property tax rate of 0.39%, schools ranked 10th out of 10, and home prices increased 74.72%. This gave Greenlee County the top ranking with his index score of 97.68.
Only Maricopa County showed higher home price growth at 79.91%.
Graham County ranks fifth with an index score of 69.13. The property tax rate rose 0.64%, schools ranked 8th out of 10, and home prices rose 69.13%.
