At the regular meeting of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors held on January 3, 2024, the Board passed the following resolution: It was unanimously decided to accept the recommendation of the county manager to appoint Jamie Rush as county manager. New Yavapai County Clerk.

Yavapai County Manager Maury Thompson told the board: From my first day with Jamie, I learned about her abilities and her professionalism. Mr. Jamie has been with the county since 2011 and has held the position of deputy clerk to the board. Since January 2017.
