The Coconino County Fair's 75th anniversary will take place over Labor Day Weekend, Aug. 30 through Sept. 2. The fair is the largest event in northern Arizona and showcases the region's traditions of agriculture, education and local talent.
The fair supports exhibits in agriculture and horticulture, art, home economics, hobbies and collectibles, floriculture, schools, youth open categories, club activities, gems and minerals, and livestock and small animals. Entry into the exhibits is free or low-cost, supporting the talents and work of community members and providing an opportunity to win prizes. The livestock auction provides vital funds for local farmers, especially young people, including education funds.
The Coconino County Fair also features live entertainment, which is included in your admission price. These concerts include Saturday headliner RaeLynn, Sunday Latin Night, local and national artists, and variety stage acts. There is no extra charge to enjoy concerts on the Main Stage or comedy, wildlife, and magic shows on the Variety Stage.
This year's fair will also feature the return of familiar favorites including fair food, carnival rides, exhibits, the Northern Arizona Antique Tractor Association and a variety of vendors. Plus, there will be fiber arts, rug making, fine arts, coconut robotics demonstrations and plenty of educational opportunities.
