Newsom’s California Illegally Discriminated Against Female Students With Trans Policy, Trump ED Dep’t Says

The Ministry of Education (ED) announced Wednesday it found it violated Title IX by allowing men to compete in women’s sports.

The department has begun an investigation California Department of Education (CDE) California Interstate Integration Federation (CIF) April and February, respectively. California law allows men to compete in women’s sports and use women’s facilities, and the CIF has openly announced its intention to continue to comply with state law despite Ed’s warnings.

“Governor Gavin Newsom was “deeply unfair” to allow men to compete in women’s sports a few months ago, but it continued as recently as it did in a few weeks ago to allow both the California Department of Education and the Scholastic Federation between California to steal proper admiration of female athletes a few weeks ago, and to create uncertainty of education misconduct and unclear competition. “The Trump administration has relentlessly enforced Title IX protections for women and girls, and today’s findings reveal that California cannot comply with its federal law obligations.

Ed is demanding that the CDE and CIF be compliant with federal law, and that men who compete with them should either restore records of women taken or risk referrals to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The CDE and CIF did not respond to requests for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.
