FOX News legal analyst Jonathan Turley explained on Sunday why the FBI’s FD-1023 form regarding the Biden family, which allegedly took foreign bribes, should be taken seriously.
A Justice Department whistleblower provided Republican Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley with an FD-1023 form containing details of the alleged bribery of the Bidens. The documents include allegations that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden received bribes from Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, who founded the energy company Burisma.
In the allegations presented, Zlochevsky allegedly told FBI officials that it would take investigators more than a decade to find records of illegal payments to President Biden. The FBI did not want the documents released. (Related: Media fabricates false allegations to dismiss FBI’s Biden bribery dossier)
Turley said the FBI is becoming a place where evidence “disappears”, especially when Biden’s name is on it.
“I don’t know why this wasn’t shared. The important thing about this 1023 is that it perfectly reflects what the House committee found. The article explains how the Biden family likes to use labyrinthine accounts and banks to hide payments. No payments were made to the so-called ‘great people’ (a term you often see on laptops), and that this was all an effort to cover up these transactions.” . That’s exactly what the commission found when examining transactions from banks. Therefore, there is no reason for this to be withheld as it corroborates the independent information they had access to. “
IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler testified before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday that the Justice Department is pressuring prosecutors not to indict Hunter Biden on high tax charges, and that U.S. Attorney David Weiss doesn’t have full control over the investigation. Ziegler also testified that the Biden family and their associates received about $17 million from foreign business interests in Ukraine, Romania and China.
