“If I were Fani Willis, I wouldn’t be pursuing that case right now,” she said. “As President Biden welcomes President Trump home, takes a photo with him, smiles and offers his support for a peaceful transition of power. –By the way, I’m all for it–What I’m saying is, what’s the point in Mr. Fanny sticking around? Is her head there to keep going after him? ?” asked Charlamagne. “Why would you do that? You know there will be retaliation.”

Mr. Charlemagne also suggested that New York’s Democratic Attorney General, Letitia James, stop pursuing him given his pledge to continue targeting him in court despite his election victory.
The Georgia Court of Appeals in June over a pending case determining whether to disqualify Ms. Willis over her alleged undisclosed relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, which derailed the case in January. Willis’ case was put on hold.
According to the newspaper, Willis responded to a question from Atlanta News First about waiting until President Trump leaves office again to proceed with the lawsuit, claiming he has “patience.”
“Age teaches patience. When someone is charged in this office, no matter who it is, we will continue to pursue those charges,” she said. “My plan is to be here for eight more years. So if that’s what it takes to get justice in some cases, we’re going to come to work every day and seek justice.”
Charlamagne on Thursday expressed confusion about Biden welcoming Trump into the White House and how he would completely change his attitude towards Trump after accusing the president of threatening US democracy. I doubted whether it would be possible.
“I’m just thinking, how do you go from thinking, ‘He’s an existential threat to democracy,’ to ‘Welcome home,'” he asked.
