More than 200 former aides to Bush, McCain and Romney endorsed Kamala Harris for president in an open letter Monday night.

The core Complaining Is it this:

“At home, four more years of Donald Trump's chaotic leadership, this time focused on advancing the dangerous goals of Project 2025, will hurt real people and undermine sacred institutions. Abroad, democratic movements will be irreparably endangered as Trump and his acolyte J.D. Vance kowtow to dictators like Vladimir Putin and turn their backs on our allies.”

So maybe it's wrong to call them RINOs. It's not a matter of “losing gracefully” to avoid facing harsh reality (and mean tweets). They're just not conservatives to begin with.

Let me translate these double words. “Dangerous goals” are any goal that impedes free trade and capital flows. They want to keep America a free-floating economy, not a nation. “Subjugating to dictators” are any goal short of starting a war that can't be won to spread “liberal democracy” around the world. They want to make Kiev a safe place to hold a Pride parade.

THIS IS NOT A RINO PLATFORM ReallyThis is proven Republican policy. The only thing blocking it is Donald J. Trump.

But make no mistake: there are over 200 Republicans in Washington who think this way and who would backfire their party as soon as they got the chance.

Don't give them that chance.
