Pima County public defense agency will offer three legal clinics beginning January 24 to help those arrested, charged, and/or convicted of certain crimes petition the courts to seal their criminal record.
At free clinics, clients can meet with an attorney to determine if they can ask the court to stamp the record. Attorneys help petitioners fill out paperwork and seal records, and share information about how sealing records affects their individual circumstances.
PUBLIC DEFENSE SERVICES Clinics held from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the 10th floor conference room (33 N. Stone Ave) will be offered the following day.

These are walk-in clinics. No reservation required.
