The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office was looking for a man suspected of shooting his wife Monday night at his home on Padilla Road and Maricopa Road near Stanfield.
According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, a child called 911 around 9:00 pm and said one of the family members was near death after being shot by her husband. 30 year old woman, Later identified as Giulietta Marin Amador and died.
The sheriff’s office has named 32-year-old Ismael Ortega Hernandez as a suspect. He ran away from home and his phone was found in the area, according to the sheriff’s office.
Ortega Hernandez was of slender build, standing between 5’5″ and 5’7″ tall, and finally wore a black shirt and black pants.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, he should be considered armed and dangerous.
In a video update, Sheriff Mark Lamb said the sheriff’s office deployed several resources, including dogs, to help locate Ortega Hernandez.
“This bastard shot his wife in cold blood right in front of their children. We are definitely looking for him…we want to catch this guy,” Lam said.
Ram also expressed his condolences to Marin Amador’s family and thanked the agents and detectives working on the investigation.
